Job Description: The Head of People at Night will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our team, ensuring a high-performance culture, and driving growth in our talent management and business operations teams. This leader will oversee internal recruiting operations, employee performance, onboarding, development, and training initiatives. You will work closely with our executive team to support Night’s continued expansion and the success of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Lead internal recruiting efforts, manage talent pipelines, and achieve consistent headcount growth for our critical roles like talent managers and talent coordinators.
- Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and develop comprehensive training programs to foster employee growth and development.
- Employee Performance: Implement and manage performance review processes, ensuring employees are receiving regular feedback and opportunities for advancement.
- People Operations: Streamline HR processes, benefits, and systems to create an efficient and supportive work environment.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative, fun, high-performance culture, ensuring a strong sense of community and alignment with Night’s core values.
- Collaboration with Executive Team: Work closely with the leadership team to align people strategies with Night’s long-term business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations or Recruiting, with a deep understanding of the digital media space.
- Proven track record of scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, ATS, and people-related technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing onboarding, training, and performance management programs.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
