Job Responsibilities:
Drive Employee Engagement and Communication:
Organisational Culture
- Support the implementation of employee engagement and communication initiatives.
- Assist in organising department events and activities that cultivate camaraderie.
- Assist in fulfilment of contest and campaigns.
- Support the implementation of appreciation and recognition initiatives.
Wellbeing
- Support in coordinating initiatives for employee wellness.
- Assist in exploring and identifying external partners to drive employee wellness initiatives.
- Maintain reports and keep track of employee participation.
- Collaborate with internal and partners to develop infrastructure to support roll out of initiatives.
Voice of Employee Surveys
- Serve as a relief officer to team member who is primarily responsible for this initiative.
- Download survey reports and assist in preparation of report templates.
- Participate in results sharing to gain deeper understanding on survey mechanism.
Sustainability
- Assist in coordinating company-wide sustainability initiatives and programmes.
Town Hall
- Assist in the planning and execution of logistics and communications.
- Assist in the development of marketing content and coordination of invites.
Administration and Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all people and culture initiatives.
- Track registrations, participation and outcomes of wellbeing activities.
- Coordinate meetings and events related to people and culture initiatives.
- Track and manage department’s content on internal communication platforms.
- Facilitate and prepare routine forms for access/permissions required by the department.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure digital structures are in place to support department plans.
Any other tasks or responsibility required by the Talent Attraction, People & Culture department.
Requirements:
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to support the development and implementation of long-term strategies that enhance employee engagement and culture.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey initiatives and gather feedback.
- Creative: Able to produce creative and innovative marketing content that captures audience attention and effectively communicates key messages.
- Administrative Excellence: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing survey data and other metrics to drive decision-making with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
