Job Responsibilities .
Perform HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and daily operations
Liaise with business lines, candidates, job posting channels and recruitment agencies
Collaborate with the business to build effective working relationships
Update line managers on latest talent trends
Talent mapping to Senior management and salary benchmarking
Assist in ad hoc project as assigned
Job Requirements
6 years of HR / recruitment exxperience
Proactive and outgoing talent that is not hesistant to propose new ideas and voice suggestions during meetings
Strong in problem solving, independent, and aggressive
Degree holder in related disciplines - overseas educated will be an advantage
Excellent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediately available is highly preferred
