We are looking for a TA business partner, with strong hands-on recruiter experience, who will come with an extensive network in the built environment within APAC, specifically Hong Kong, to lead our APAC TA function. Managing teams based in India and the Philippines this is a great opportunity for an experienced TA professional to join a high growth region and drive recruitment best practices, playing an instrumental role in the growth of the APAC business. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead and guide the team as well as being responsible for recruiting and headhunting senior hires into the business. The role can be based in either HK or Singapore and the candidate must already be based in region to be considered. It is essential you have the following:
- Strong network across our sector in Hong Kong and one other APAC country as a minimum
- Strong experience in headhunting senior candidates within the APAC region
Experience leading recruitment across multiple countries interfacing with multiple internal stakeholders
Drive for success, metric driven and passion for finding the best talent
Excellent ability to source active and passive candidates for talent pipelining
Manage whole employee journey; engagement, offer, onboarding and deployment.
Excellent communicator and relationship manager.
You will be responsible for directing the talent acquisition team (TA), operating across all levels within the business. Proactively supporting senior business leaders, utilising comprehensive knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition to drive the hiring process to ensure talent acquisition plays a leading role with Mace growth plans. You will support the implementation of the EDI agenda and drive internal mobility across TA processes and practices across all levels.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of talent acquisition and recruitment managers.
- Leading any redeployment initiatives that may arise internally.
Driving the hiring agenda across business areas and engines, using the internal TA team wherever possible.
Developing key working relationships with senior stakeholder, contributing to the planning and advising on growth agenda.
Leading workforce planning and plotting with each business.
Partnering with senior HR peers to ensure TA aligns with other HR teams, i.e. EDI, reward etc.
Playing a key role with business improvement programmes that are driven by TA.
Representing TA when programs involve TA but led by another team.
Representing TA with technology enhancements across the business that impact TA.
Managing and coaching team of TA and recruitment employees.
Partnering with recruitment partners when external assistance is required.
Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
