Keyteo Hong-Kong is now looking for a
Talent Acquisition Officer (M/F)
Activities
In order to help our team out, you will:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate media
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media,...
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” !
Required profile
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or General Management.
- 6 months' recruiting experience (selection processes, interviews,...)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent level of English
- French or Cantonese is a plus
