The Opportunity:
In this newly created role, you'll be crucial to our growth by leading our talent acquisition strategy. Your mission is to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a great candidate experience while preserving our culture, quality, and reputation as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies informed by market trends and data-driven insights.
· Employment Branding: Enhance our employer brand and promote Hoffmann Brothers as an employer of choice.
· Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture talent pipelines to proactively source top candidates.
· Recruitment Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear performance metrics and goals.
· Sourcing Strategies: Identify diverse sourcing channels and implement effective recruitment marketing techniques.
· Full-Cycle Recruiting: Enhance recruitment processes from job description to screening and interviews.
· Candidate Experience: Ensure positive experiences for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
· Employee Retention: Support existing employees' growth and development to foster retention.
· Technology Integration: Identify and implement recruitment technologies to enhance efficiency.
What You Bring:
· Experience: 7+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategy and recruitment marketing.
· Expertise: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent pipeline development, and employment branding.
· Technology Skills: Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and AI-driven recruitment tools.
· Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
