We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner with construction industry experience to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting—it requires a strategic partner who can pivot across multiple departments, including IT, Finance, and Production (Superintendents, General Foremen), to meet hiring demands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition processes, ensuring best practices, and holding hiring managers accountable for a structured and efficient hiring experience.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the construction industry
- Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles across multiple departments, including IT, Finance, Production (Superintendents, General Foremen), and other key business functions
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on best hiring practices and ensuring compliance with hiring processes
- Ability to pivot and manage changing priorities based on workload demands
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a process-improvement mindset, capable of enhancing and implementing TA strategies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Jobvite a plus) and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for a wide range of roles
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with workforce planning needs
- Work closely with leadership across IT, Finance, and Production to meet hiring goals and provide consultative TA support
- Drive process improvements within Talent Acquisition and hold hiring managers accountable for adhering to best practices
- Utilize Jobvite ATS to manage requisitions and documentation efficiently
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication and seamless processes
- Stay current on industry trends and DE&I efforts to enhance recruitment strategies
- Represent the company at recruiting events, info sessions, interviews, and job fairs as needed
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed
