What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring for Software Engineers, Lead Developers, Solution Architects, and specialists in C++, Golang, PHP, Kubernetes.
- Proactively source hidden talent in niche forums, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech hubs.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews, assessing both coding skills and problem-solving ability.
- Build long-term talent pipelines, engaging passive candidates before they hit the job market.
- Drive employer branding to position us as a top cybersecurity employer.
- Introduce, implement, and own Teamtailor, optimizing ATS workflows for seamless hiring.
What You Bring
- Technical recruitment expertise, ideally in cybersecurity or high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong track record of headhunting for technical roles in high-profile businesses, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
- Coding knowledge to assess talent effectively (not necessarily a full developer but comfortable in technical discussions).
- Deep sourcing skills—you know how to find top engineers outside of LinkedIn.
- A data-driven approach to talent acquisition, using research, analytics, and automation.
- Strong negotiation skills to close top-tier candidates.
- Experience with Teamtailor or similar ATS platforms, with a track record of successful implementation.
