General Scope
Recruitment
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to meet agency talent needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clearly define job requirements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and culture.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships, delivering a positive recruitment experience reflective of the agency’s brand.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and support informed hiring decisions.
- Proactively identify and engage diverse talent pools through strategic sourcing channels.
Internship Programme
- Work closely with the Head of Talent & HR to maintain a sustainable internship framework/model which meets the need of the organisation and participating education institutes
- Ensures that good relationships are built and managed with all key internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for identifying and hiring of green potential talent into the agency
- Constant engagement of supervisors and green talent to ensure proper management of the program and interns
School Outreach Programme
- Build the company’s reputation and profile amongst the various tertiary institutions via our company’s School Outreach Programme
- Identify speaker and guest lecturer opportunities to build the company’s profile.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key professionals from the various tertiary institutions
- Oversee and implement agency inductions, guest lecturers, workshops, including the coordination, planning, implementation, monitoring, communicating and evaluation of all the programmes.
- Work with internal speakers to ensure relevant and appropriate presentation content, materials and LIVE briefs, and materials
Key Responsibilities
Administrative / Operational
- Strong time management and multitasking skills to competently lead, plan, and execute projects and minor events
- Know when matters needs to be flagged/escalated ahead of time to diffuse potential issues in consultation with supervisors
- Implement work processes to ensure smooth executions and delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Understand the requirements of our business and stakeholders
- Review projects against stakeholders’ ask to determine if requirements has been met
- Establish and maintain relationships with mid-level stakeholders and is the day-to-day contact for issues and challenges.
- Know when matters needs to be flagged/escalated ahead of time to diffuse potential issues in consultation with stakeholders
Strategy
- Understand the required skillsets and need areas across roles and functions in the agency
- Knowledge in local HR related policies / circulars and how the agency can leverage or apply them
- Understand industry trends and their impact on talent/HR and our businesses
People Management
- Day-to-day stakeholder management, maintaining regular contact to ensure communication flows effectively
- Manage general internal and external communication amongst working team and stakeholders.
- Exercise fairness and objectivity through work and decisions made
Communication
- Effective email writing skills with the ability to adapt the style and delivery based on the intended audience
- Able to articulate thoughts and ideas to others effectively
- Confidently contribute solutions during meetings and presentations
Knowledge and Skills Required
- 2-4 years relevant experience with a sound knowledge of either HR generalist tasks and / or agency processes
- Excellent communication skills, able to tactfully tailor communication to suit different audiences and stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship management skills across departments and seniorities.
- Good negotiation skills to manage vendors and internal requests.
- Able to multi-task and track tasks accurately to provide holistic support across a range of Talent and HR duties.
- Comfortable working with Excel for data validation and analysis.
- Mac and Tech-savvy: Proficient in picking up and leveraging on new software, platforms, and digital tools.
- Avid problem solver, able to troubleshoot complex issues and provide adequate mitigations or solutions when necessary.
