Our client is seeking a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruiting efforts. In this role, you will oversee a small team of recruiters, sourcers, and contract support, driving strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. You'll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to attract top talent, optimize recruiting processes, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative hiring culture.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce planning needs and develop strategic hiring initiatives.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring an efficient, inclusive, and high-quality hiring process.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes, improve time-to-fill metrics, and enhance candidate quality.
- Manage recruitment technology, tools, and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices in hiring, interviewing, and selection.
- Enhance employer branding efforts, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
- Track key recruiting metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Travel occasionally to office locations (up to 20% annually) to support hiring initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing recruiting teams.
- Strong strategic mindset with experience scaling recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in sourcing, talent market research, and building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technology.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP TotalSource is a plus.
