Director of Talent Acquisition
Position Summary
Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible to oversee the delivery of full cycle recruiting on a diverse portfolio of positions across the organization. This person may lead a recruitment team and foster partnerships with managers throughout the organization. This person, through influence and partnership, will coach the team and managers on best recruiting practices as well as adhere to federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop overall recruiting strategy and plans to ensure effective sourcing and acquisition of talent to fulfill global organizational needs.
- Ensure recruiting practices are effective and efficient, using technology, social media, and best practices.
- Lead large recruitment projects and events that deliver a candidate experience consistent with the Care One Brand values.
- Partner with managers to identify workforce staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Promote the Care One Recruitment Brand.
- Measure the effectiveness of the Recruitment function and routinely improve processes.
- Ensure recruiting practices meet federal, state and regulatory requirements.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of a pool of internal top talent.
- Participate in organizational strategic planning with regards to performance and talent management.
- Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered from the performance management program in an effort to manage the succession planning for the company.
- Ensure that staffing and recruitment processes align with current and future workforce needs.
- Develop and manage relationships with outside organizations when appropriate.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Center leaders and hiring managers. Consult with managers regarding potential candidates and assist in the final decision. Educate managers on the recruitment process, timelines, roles and responsibilities, as well as, promoting candidate diversity. Provide one-on-one training to managers on interview techniques as needed for new managers or as observed for existing managers.
- Develops and implements a talent strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist in the design and implementation of talent management tools, policies and practices, including the ATS systems.
- Stays current with talent management best practices and new supporting technology.
Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
Professional Licensure
Multi-site experience strongly preferred
Not required
Skills And Training
Must be able to multi-task.
Strong Organizational Skills Are Required.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
