Employer Brand Marketing within Amazon Global Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team of 34 marketers across the globe. We’re looking for a highly analytical, creative, and passionate brand strategist who can build our employer brand strategy for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Alexa and Ring. In this role, you will be exceptional at driving research and analysis to understand your target customer. You will develop authentic, differentiated and compelling employer brand strategies to attract top talent. You will bring to life the Amazon Devices EVP (Employer Value Proposition) through social media storytelling, Day in the Life documentary series, and integrated creative marketing assets focused on driving brand awareness, consideration and conversions. You will develop and execute multi-channel marketing touch points to include organic and paid social media, UGC video (user-generated content) and influencer programs. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for celebrating and promoting culture and employee experiences; creating impactful brand strategies that pull through to every touch point; and developing and implementing compelling content, with a laser focus on ROI from every effort. You think and act both strategically and tactically, from strategic planning to detailed execution, and use data to guide every decision.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven employer brand strategy for Amazon Devices organization, and other Amazon businesses as needed.
- Drive go-to-market plan for internal adoption of Employer Value Propositions (EVPs) and lead brand strategy for external talent attraction and marketing efforts. Deliverables include EVP narratives, positioning and messaging frameworks, and multi-language creative toolkits for global use.
- Create innovative and cohesive content to bring EVPs to life across a variety of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content for Amazon.jobs website, videos, and social media campaigns.
- Drive targeted marketing campaigns, test new channels, and track ROI for campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, Marketing Managers, Communications Managers, Creative Designers, Copywriters and Data Analysts to execute against plan.
- Build stakeholder relationships across Talent Acquisition and PR to drive alignment and integration of strategies.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as brand strategy, brand marketing and growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving insights-driven, global brand strategies and marketing campaigns that lead to measurable business outcomes
- Highly adept at pulling brand value proposition, positioning and messaging into integrated touchpoints
- Strong storyteller; ability to craft compelling narratives to bring a brand positioning to life, through social media and digital platforms
- Experience executing multi-channel marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Highly collaborative, ability to drive alignment with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- 12+ years of relevant work experience in fields such as brand strategy, brand marketing and growth marketing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
