We are currently seeking a highly experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manger to join our Manhattan Branch.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the home care industry. They will oversee the Recruitment department, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate hiring experience, while also overseeing Applicant Tracking System and Job Board usage. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the home care industry
- Oversee a team of hiring managers and the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates for various home care positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to establish a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions
- Oversee the use of various recruiting platforms and social media, as well as the coordination of open houses and networking events to identify and engage potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and organized records of recruitment activities and candidate information in our applicant tracking system
- Work with the Director of Compliance and Human Resources to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Travel to different Agency office sites to provide support based on need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 Years Experience in Home Care Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Experience with Social Media Recruitment
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment cycle and meeting hiring goals
- Authorization to work in the US and up-to-date COVID-19 Vaccination required
