With only 150 tickets available per month, 3050Rooftop is an in-demand event spotlighting emerging talent while offering attendees a unique and immersive experience. As we launch and expand, we are seeking a Brand Partnership & Talent Manager to curate an incredible lineup of talent and forge strategic collaborations to ensure sold-out events. The Opportunity
As the Brand Partnership & Talent Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of 3050Rooftop by:
- Finalizing the talent lineup – Selecting engaging artists, especially those with a strong social media presence who can drive ticket sales.
This is a high-impact, project-based role with long-term potential as we expand to other cities. While we’ve shortlisted talent candidates, we need your expertise to curate a lineup that captivates audiences and guarantees sold-out events.
Talent Lineup & Compensation
You will help finalize the talent lineup (listed below), prioritizing candidates who actively promote the event and contribute to ticket sales. Talent will earn a 20% commission on the tickets they sell.
All performances will be professionally recorded and broadcast live on TikTok to maximize exposure. Each artist will receive a copy of their performance for self-promotion.
Host
Responsibilities: Introduce talent and manage event flow.
Ideal Candidate: A charismatic personality with a strong social media presence to drive early ticket sales. If successful, this role may become permanent.

DJ
Responsibilities: Set the event's musical atmosphere, including soundtrack support for singers.
Ideal Candidate: A DJ with an engaged following who can boost ticket sales and potentially become the resident DJ.
Benefits: Direct networking opportunities, leading to future bookings. Additional income opportunities available if the role becomes permanent.
Fashion Designer
Responsibilities: Showcase a latest collection in a dynamic, performance-based fashion show (under 20 minutes).
Ideal Candidate: A designer who can leverage the event to sell tickets and be featured in future showcases.

Visual Artist
Responsibilities: Exhibit original art pieces in a curated gallery display.
Ideal Candidate: An artist with the ability to promote their exhibit and sell tickets, with potential recurring invitations.

Singers/Musicians (5 Positions)
Responsibilities: Perform one song using a pre-arranged soundtrack or instrument at the end of the event.

Who We’re Looking For (Brand Partnership & Talent Manager)
- Proven experience in brand partnerships, talent management, business development, or sales—preferably in the arts, luxury, nightlife, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong network within South Florida’s creative, cultural, and business communities—or the ability to quickly establish one.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for curating premium experiences that combine art, music, and culture.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, comfortable working independently.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to secure top emerging talent.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
This is a commission-based position, where you will receive a negotiable percentage of all ticket sales and partnerships per month.
- The first event will be the most challenging, but as we refine our strategy, selling out events will become seamless, unlocking greater revenue opportunities.
- If you excel in this role, there will be major opportunities for long-term collaboration as we expand to other cities.
