This role requires expertise in leadership, change management, and HR transformation, including organisational development, talent management, and DEI.

How You’ll Lead and Innovate
- Guide Transformational Consulting Projects – Work closely with clients to design and implement people-driven strategies that create lasting impact.
- Partner & Advise Clients – Serve as a trusted consultant, empowering organizations with the right tools and frameworks for success.
- Champion Inclusive Leadership – Mentor and coach clients and colleagues, helping them grow into confident, values-driven leaders.
- Foster Strong Relationships – Build long-term client partnerships, understanding their unique needs and co-creating solutions.
- Shape the Future of People Excellence – Develop forward-thinking strategies that drive change in leadership, talent, and DEI.
- Stay Ahead of Trends – Bring fresh insights and best practices to our consulting work, keeping clients at the forefront of transformation.
Your Unique Strengths
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, change management, or HR strategy.
- Passion for mentorship, leadership, and people-focused solutions that drive impact.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative, client-centric approach.
- Experience guiding teams, coaching professionals, and shaping business growth.
- Ability to translate complex challenges into human-centred solutions with clear outcomes.
