Job Summary
Owns end to end Recruitment, Hiring and Onboarding process in Greenbrier Europe. Develops talent sourcing strategies, tactics and tools for all Greenbrier Europe locations with a goal to attract the best talents. Actively participates in Greenbrier Europe Talent strategy design, monitoring and implementation. Leads Employer Branding initiatives and together with HR Leadership Team, designs and implements our Employee Value Proposition to strengthen our position on the labour market as an Employer of choice.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Cooperates with business stakeholders to prepare short and long term hiring plans and executes them
- Leads the recruitment processes for critical roles and supports the local recruitment teams and HR Business Partners in all hiring initiatives
- Designs and implements best tactics and tools to source, assess, attract and retain best talents
- Owns Greenbrier Europe Onboarding Process from design to implementation and monitoring
- Responsible for maintaining Greenbrier Europe Career website, contact point for external recruitment agencies and websites
- Prepares reports on our talent attracting and retention progress and efficiency
- As matrix manager coordinates the work of Internal Recruiters in Greenbrier Europe locations
- Initiates and implements best strategies to strengthen Greenbrier position on the labour market including job positing optimisation, career fairs, maintaining contact with top Universities in Greenbrier locations, employment marketing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Functional Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a strong record in recruitment and employer branding in manufacturing/industrial international companies
- Knowledge of Eastern Europe labour markets will be an asset
- Knowledge of talent assessment tools, methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
- Experience in working in complex international environment
- Process improvement experience and mindset

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in HR, with a strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience in international manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of Eastern Europe labour market.
- Bachelor degree in HR, psychology or business.
