Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our company’s success. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and be a key player in building a high-performing, diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture of continuous growth and hospitality, ensuring that every stakeholder - employees, guests, and partners - feels valued, and empowered, which supports our business objectives and drives sustainable growth.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics, ensuring process improvements when necessary.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile employee exit surveys, making recommendations to leaders to improve retention
- Strategize and work with the HR and Operations team to develop efficient and effective onboarding processes and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in HR and/or talent acquisition in the hospitality industry
- Proven ability to source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize tasks effectively.
