The Role:
This is a new position to support our growing business requirements across the Americas (USA, Canada and Latin America)! We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team and build this next chapter of Ant International's journey in the Americas. This is an exciting functional founder role that puts you in the forefront of our global expansion plans.
What you’ll do:
• Conduct end to end recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Serve as a thought partner to the business throughout the entire recruitment process
• Create wonderful candidate experiences to further spread our brand name
• Collaborate with agencies and internal sourcers to market map and engage the best talents in the region
• Use data to influence hiring decisions, improve our processes and unblock challenges
• Partner with various cross-functional teams to provide information, market awareness, and support various initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven track record of hiring great talent over a period of 7+ years with exposure to both technical and commercial roles.
• Strong consulting skills with demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to cut through complexity and deliver results, particularly under ever-changing circumstances.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional judgment.
• Ability to operate independently and manage stakeholders and partners across numerous timezones.
