About the Role:
This role is responsible to understand, manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment & deliver HR Solutions that fulfills the business objectives and lead and manages people management related agenda within the Bank. To connect HR with the business by performing business partnering & stakeholder management role.
What will you do:
HR Business Partnering
- Work closely with the senior management to understand, propose and deliver their HR needs and requirements.
- Provide professional and strategic HR advice and expertise to business units, aligning of the HR agenda with business-critical goals.
- Proactively support the delivery of HR-related processes & activities.
- Acts as a single point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, to manage, address & resolve queries and issues raised.
Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from request to on-boarding activities
- Work closely with business units to better understand the recruitment needs and selection requirements.
- Identify and attract candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms
- Conduct interviews, assess suitability of candidates, and provide feedbacks and recommendations to hiring managers
- Ensure compliance to relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations pertaining to recruitment
- Ensure accuracy of data and completion of the necessary processes
- Update and manage the necessary trackers, reports and recruitment-related payments
- Plan and manage on-boarding processes, to ensure smooth day-1 experience
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Employer Branding
- Plan, implement and manage employer branding initiatives and partnerships, from career fairs, campus engagement, social media presence and on-boarding program
- Manage collaterals, door gifts and logistical arrangements for employer branding activities
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the job holder may require performing other duties, assignment as assigned by the Bank’s management.
Skills and experience you possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in multiple human resource disciplines, i.e. rewards & compensation, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, talent management, employee relations and employer branding.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies & procedures and best practices, employment legislations, guidelines policies, and standards.
- Experience in Business Partnering role is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to details.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
