The People & Talent Support Specialist will be a key member of our People & Culture team, supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle. This position will collaborate directly with employees and front-line leaders in order to build and maintain a positive, productive, and mission-driven work environment.
About The Role
The People & Talent Support Specialist will play a key part in creating and managing talent acquisition and people operations programs that foster a strong culture and support our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for candidate recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as overall people operations (including general HR administration, benefits, employee engagement, and employee satisfaction/retention). You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape and implement the systems, policies, and processes that ensure our employees have a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with us.
This person will report to the Co-Chief Executive Officer.
In This Role, You Will
- Streamline our recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance hiring manager satisfaction.
- Communicate with candidates to arrange interviews, make employment offers, and facilitate onboarding tasks.
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding workflow, including pre-employment screening, benefits enrollment, user access, desk set-up, and company training administration.
- Review and improve key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR programs such as performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement events.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive employee matters.
- Ensure that people operations processes comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a positive, goal-oriented, and engaging culture.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and people operations, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Strong understanding of HR systems, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), and recruitment technology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs required; experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
