Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our HR department.
You will oversee all HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, compliance, policy
development, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting: Develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage job postings, review resumes, and oversee interview processes.
- Employee Relations: Conduct regular employee check-ins, address interpersonal issues, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with NV labor laws, implement policy updates, and communicate changes to staff.
- Documentation: Oversee maintenance of employee records and generation of HR reports.
- Policy Management: Develop, review, and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company goals.
- Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and provide guidance on employee development.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and promote professional growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to align HR practices with business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback, stay updated on HR trends, and drive improvements in HR processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of NV labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
