Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of people and culture strategies that are aligned with our organizational objectives and mission.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and professional development initiatives.
- Oversee the complete talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Design and implement programs that promote an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant workplace culture.
- Manage learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing professional growth and leadership capabilities for all employees.
- Champion DEI initiatives to nurture an equitable organizational culture and collaborate with partners to execute impactful strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, organizational policies, and best practices while utilizing HR analytics to guide strategic decisions.
Required Skills
- Proven capacity to formulate and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to influence and inspire across all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of DEI practices and principles.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR technologies and data analytics.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, particularly in culture, talent development, and DEI.
- Experience within the nonprofit sector or mission-driven organizations is highly regarded.
