Role Overview
As part of our strategic growth transformation, Excelra aims to triple in size over the next five years—both in revenue and headcount. To support this expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition leader to drive hiring across multiple geographies, including India, the US, the UK, and Europe.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with deep expertise in global hiring, proactive talent mapping, and innovative recruitment strategies. This role requires strong stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the ability to lead a high-performing recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Redesign and implement a robust global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive multi-level hiring across India, US, UK, and Europe, ensuring high-quality and timely talent acquisition.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance and agile hiring culture.
- Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
- Continuously map external talent pools to understand role dynamics, compensation trends, and market developments.
- Stay ahead of hiring trends and industry benchmarks, ensuring our recruitment approach remains competitive.
- Process Innovation & Operational Excellence
- Optimize and innovate hiring channels, leveraging new-age recruitment platforms, digital hiring tools, and data-driven sourcing strategies.
- Drive structured, competency-based interviewing across all hiring levels.
- Establish a collaborative feedback mechanism to improve hiring efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stakeholder & Metrics Management
- Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and create a pipeline of future-ready talent.
- Track and report key hiring metrics to BU Heads and senior leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Build and manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms, ensuring effective vendor management.
Key Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of global hiring (India, US, UK, Europe).
- Strong understanding of talent systems, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment technologies across multiple geographies.
- Expertise in Tech recruitment and Just-in-Time hiring is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
