The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for Regional/ rural areas of QLD. This is your chance to lead the charge in establishing this brand in the regional areas surrounding Brisbane. Working from a home-based office, you'll take on a critical role that blends business development with comprehensive account management.

What You'll Do:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with independent tyre retailers and local wholesalers.
Drive organic growth within existing accounts.
Deliver compelling product presentations and develop strategic sales plans.
Manage your territory effectively, conduct competitor analysis, and provide insightful reporting.

What We're Looking For:

MUST HAVE proven territory management experience in the tyre industry, especially with passenger vehicles.
A results-driven sales professional with a knack for account management.
Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to build genuine connections.
Highly energetic and organized, with a passion for exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
A self-starter who thrives working autonomously and is proficient with MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
Demonstrated success in sales within rural/regional areas of QLD.
