Our tech client is seeking an Employee Relations Business Partner for the EMEA region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide both hands-on and strategic support to people managers, addressing performance management and workplace conflict issues, while fostering an innovative, high-performing, and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will adeptly assess various types of risk and offer creative, effective solutions for a growing organization.
This is a 10-month contract (until 31st Dec 25), offering £43.75 per hour (PAYE).
Responsibilities:
- Provide Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching for employees and management across the organization.
- Coach managers on performance management, guiding them through informal and formal processes.
- Manage employee misconduct and grievance matters in a timely and proactive manner.
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and reporting based on business needs, identifying key trends in employee relations to develop proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in HR Business Partner, Legal, Investigations, Learning & Development, and HR Programs teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Partner closely with regional HR teams on global strategy and execution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, change management, and independently driving programs.
- Experience in helping global and/or matrixed organizations scale.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and cultivate strong relationships across teams.
- Skilled in using data to identify insights and drive action.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partner, or equivalent roles.
- Strong empathy and experience in driving inclusion initiatives.
- Solid judgment and experience in risk assessment related to business operations.
