Job Title: People Operations Leader
About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive People Operations Leader for one of our newest clients - a fast growth start in the AI world. The goal is to drive their people strategy and create an exceptional employee experience. This role will be at the heart of shaping their culture, ensuring operational excellence, and enabling their team to thrive as they grow. It's crucial you can start before April :)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all people-related operations, including onboarding, benefits, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring their values are embedded in everything they do.
- Develop and refine people processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Champion employee well-being, inclusion, and professional development initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR-related matters.

Salary range and compensation package: Salary is £50,000 to £60,000 but to be at the top end you would need to tick every box.
