Human Resources are looking for a Consultant to join their team. In this role you will support the successful provision of professional workforce services to Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS). Human Resources covers all areas of people management, including industrial/employee relations, performance management, organizational change, handling complex cases, and injury management.

About the Role
- Effectively manage cases in key areas such as positive performance management, change management, grievance and complaint management, health management, formal discipline processes, industrial relations, recruitment and retention, and workforce diversity.
- Develop and maintain records and data in a timely and accurate manner to support the provision of relevant Human Resource services.
- Maintain a sound understanding of relevant legislation, awards, policies and practices, particularly in relation to the Queensland Public Sector, and ensure that practices within Logan and Beaudesert Health Service are consistent with Queensland Health directions.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training strategies to ensure all clients are abreast of contemporary workforce and leadership practices.
