Base pay range

A$140,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr

HR Recruiter & Strategic Sourcing Partner

Perfect Opportunity to join an established, successful and growing Multi-brand Company as the Human Resources Manager.

Suited to: An experienced HR Professional with 7+ years experience. You may be a seasoned HR Business Partner with several years experience or a HR Manager - title isn't important, experience is where it's at.

NOTE: This role is NOT heavy in WPR's- it's more focused on working with CEO and ELT through BAU, HR projects and change management pieces. You will need strong interpersonal skills; the ability to partner, coach, and influence is critical to the success of this role.

This position forms part of a wider HR team but is stand-alone from a day-to-day HR perspective (HR Team geographically dispersed). You will have the support of a HR team and COE's, but you need to be the type of HR professional who loves to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on - this role is very much operational and strategic. If you don't enjoy taking ownership, getting into the detail, and partnering with the business, you won't enjoy this role.
