What You’ll Do:

Partner with Leaders – Provide expert HR support, coaching, and guidance to managers and teams.
Lead Learning & Development – Identify skills gaps, develop and implement structured training programs, and support workforce capability growth with measurable impact.
Drive Talent & Retention Strategies – Support succession planning, career development, and engagement initiatives.
Lead HR Projects – Develop and roll out HR policies, strategies, and compliance initiatives.
Manage Recruitment & Onboarding – Ensure seamless hiring, induction, and workforce planning.
Navigate Industrial Relations – Advise on awards, enterprise agreements, and dispute resolution.
Ensure Compliance & Reporting – Keep our workforce aligned with legislative and internal standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

3-5+ years' experience in an HR business partner or HR generalist role.
Proven expertise in Learning & Development – You can design and execute training initiatives that drive performance and capability growth.
Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, and IR frameworks .
Experience in employee relations, HR policy implementation, and change management .
Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills – You can engage and influence at all levels.
Project management & problem-solving mindset – You thrive in fast-paced environments.
Manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sector experience preferred – You get the challenges of a hands-on, operational workforce and know how to support them effectively.
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous improvement .
