Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days onsite 1 day work from home)

Role Overview:
My client is the largest investment and asset management firm in the world and they are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract to support hiring for investment and multi-asset roles . The ideal candidate will have prior in-house recruitment experience within Asset Management and/or Global Financial Services (FS) firms, successfully hiring for similar positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for investment and multi-asset roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Source, assess, and engage top talent across global financial markets.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with overall talent strategy.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of in-house recruitment experience within an Asset Management and/or Global Financial Services firm.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for investment/multi-asset roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Expertise in sourcing top talent using direct and innovative methods.
