🤝 Your Responsibilities
Culture & Community Building
- Design and implement engaging onboarding experiences for new team members
- Orchestrate company-wide team-building events and sustainability initiatives
- Create compelling internal content, including newsletters and newsfeeds
Global Communications Leadership
- Spearhead the launch of our new internal communications platform (Q3 2025)
- Coordinate with international offices to ensure consistent communication
- Manage and mentor the Internal Communication Assistant
Event Operations
- Lead operational onboarding for major sports events
- Organize and facilitate staff meetings and corporate gatherings
- Create engaging multimedia content for internal platforms
