Your role's mission: You will play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals. With expertise in recruiting for C-level, VP, and mission-critical roles, you combine technical proficiency, leadership, and a people-centric approach to drive hiring success.
🎯 Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement strategic hiring plans for C-Level, VP, Director, and mission-critical positions in alignment with Pelico's scaling roadmap.
- Partner with leadership teams to anticipate future talent needs and proactively build pipelines.
- Leverage search best-practices to attract high-impact leaders and specialized experts who drives business success.
- Own the end-to-end hiring process
- Ensure structured interview frameworks to assess leadership capabilities, decision-making, and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate high-touch candidate experiences, ensuring engagement and alignment throughout the hiring journey
- Position Pelico as a top employer for executives and critical hires through targeted employer branding efforts.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives to foster inclusive leadership teams.
Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What We’re Looking For
- Up to 10 years of experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or Manager.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Proven track record in recruiting for C-level, VP, and mission-critical roles.
- A background in fast-growing startups, tech companies, or multinational environments.
- Strong background in scaling teams quickly while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
- Strong ownership on transversal topic, willing to drive your initiatives through.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of hiring processes, and drive initiatives independently.
- Great communication skills, good contact with various stakeholders.
- Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written).
