Your job will be to act as the central point of contact for hr processes within the company, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in maintaining office staffing and efficiency and contribute to the long-term success of Dark's culture.
First Missions
- Get up to speed with HR processes in the company (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, etc.)
- Take in charge recruitment process and communication with partners
- Scale and improve onboarding and HR operations
- Developp HR policies and processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR tools and systems related to recruitment, supporting international employees, onboarding, payroll, and employee records
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws and integration of our new hirings
- Take charge of internal hr policies and employee engagement initiatives
- Support projects related to workforce planning, office transitions, and organizational development
Requirements
- Great social intelligence
- HR, communication, french law and administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Rigorous approach to problem solving
- Fluency in French and English

Total salary package begins at €55,000, along with additional performance-based and project-related bonuses.
