This exciting role involves managing a dedicated HR team and overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions for both retail and wholesale employees across the organization.
Reporting to the HRD and being part of the wider HR and Talent team, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company culture and driving employee engagement while ensuring compliance with French labor laws.

The role:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
- Implement performance evaluation systems and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with French labor laws and regulations, updating policies and practices as needed.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to support employee growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structures.
- Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English is essential (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of French labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
