We are a leading broker in Van Insurance and are looking for a HR Manager to join the Team. Working closely with the HR & Payroll Administrator the HR Manager will ensure best practice is followed in recruitment on-boarding and induction, performance management, employee relations, absence management and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on HR policy development and Employee Relations issues
- Review, develop and implement HR polices within organisation requirements and existing legislation
- HR coaching to support and advise managers and staff on all matters relating to HR
- Monitoring of employee development
- Review internal processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Promote initiatives such as the Employee Wellbeing Programme to increase staff well-being and maintain a good staff retention rate
- Work with HR & Payroll Administrator in ensuring payroll and pension is managed effectively and in line with legislation
- Produce monthly reports to Shareholders
3 days a week, 6-7 hours a day, remote
Salary £45-£55k Per annum, pro rata'd to part-time working hours

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
