Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, aligning HR strategies to meet organizational objectives
Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, addressing concerns and providing guidance on workplace issues
Facilitate performance review processes and provide coaching to managers on setting objectives, delivering feedback, and managing underperformance
Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption to business operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulations
Demonstrated success in influencing and building relationships at all levels of an organization
