Key Responsibilities Of The Manager, Human Resources
EEI is looking to add a bright, resourceful, and organized Manager, Human Resources to the HR team. In this role, the individual will help lead the full cycle talent acquisition process and support various HR operations within the HR team. The role will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources and work closely across the HR team on our strategic priorities.
Other Important Responsibilities Of The Manager, Human Resources Include - Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process from start to finish
- Serve as vocal and effective advocate of our brand, culture, and values
- Demonstrate thoughtful partnership across EEI hiring teams to build successful candidate pipelines and keep high engagement throughout the recruitment process
- Create relevant position descriptions effectively depicting required skills and competencies,
- Leverage all available job and social media platforms, employee referrals, internal/external databases, and networks to meet hiring goals
- Identify creative sourcing and networking strategies to attract both active and passive talent
- Lead campus recruiting efforts to develop a rich pipeline of entry level talent
- Provide reporting on all hiring metrics including analysis and trends
- Recommend new and efficient ways to recruiting talent at all levels of the organization
- Answer all questions both internal and external related to EEI's Hiring Process
- Perform industry compensation benchmarking where appropriate for open roles
- Manage temp to hire process
- Lead EEI's summer intern program
- HR Operations
- Keep all position descriptions across EEI relevant and updated
- Manage Paycom's position management process for new hires, promotions, internal transfers, and terminations
- Support HR department in large annual initiatives (open enrollment, performance management, and other employee engagement events)
- Lead organization wide trainings on talent acquisition best practices and on EEI's Hiring Process Framework
- Manage ClearCompany, EEI's Applicant Tracking System, with all new hires and terms
- Attend ClearCompany best practice webinars to learn and implement new tools as appropriate
- HR Reporting (Talent Acquisition)
- Support the HR Specialist in providing quarterly HR metrics around time to hire, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, candidate and hiring manager experience, etc.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree preferable in human resources or related field, with five plus years of relevant experience. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Ability To
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong background in using LinkedIn Recruiter to build passive talent
- Design and implement an internship program
- Familiarity with HRIS functionality

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of the base salary.
