Handle local office events, internal communications, and resolve and escalate personnel issues as they arise.

- Employee Engagement: Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency across offices. This includes organizing office events, executing professional development programs, and fostering a positive work culture. The HRBP will collaborate with the T&G Team to implement firmwide engagement initiatives that provide equal and impactful experiences for all employees, regardless of location.
- Collaboration Across Offices: Work closely with fellow HRBPs to support cross-functional initiatives related to performance management, recruiting, and employee engagement. Collaborate with the T&G Team to ensure alignment on all HR strategies and programs.
- Team Leadership: Manage the part-time Community Associate to assist with local office HR tasks, ensuring smooth execution of office-specific HR responsibilities.
- HR Strategy & Projects: Contribute to the execution of strategic HR initiatives, particularly those aimed at improving employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, policies, and procedures for the assigned office. Provide regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics, such as employee engagement, turnover rates, and performance management participation.
