Clipbook (clipbook.io) is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team.
This is the first recruiting hire at Clipbook, with the opportunity to build our talent acquisition strategy from the ground up. You will be ‘running the show.’
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier candidates across engineering, product, sales, and operations. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale a world-class team in a fast-growing, high-impact startup.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, moves with urgency, and is passionate about building high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Strategy: Develop and execute a recruiting strategy that attracts world-class talent to Clipbook; work with leadership to define hiring needs, prioritize roles, and ensure we have a strong pipeline of candidates.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Proactively source high-quality candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, outbound sourcing, events, job boards, etc.); create compelling outreach to engage top talent.
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer; conduct interviews, manage hiring manager relationships, and drive an excellent candidate experience.
Hiring Operations & Process Improvement: Build and refine our hiring processes, including ATS optimization, employer branding efforts, and interview structures to scale hiring efficiently.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum :2-3 years experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
Track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple functions (engineering, sales, product, operations, etc.).
Exceptional Execution Capabilities, Scrappiness, Communication, And Relationship-building Skills.
Ability to move with urgency, operate autonomously, and make high-velocity hiring decisions.
Preferred Skills
Experience in early-stage hiring (building a team from the ground up).
Background in tech recruiting, particularly in SaaS or AI companies.
