We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with solid experience in agency and corporate recruiting.
Here's What You Will Be Working On:
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of 5+ reports, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Client Relationship Growth: Identify new opportunities and requirements from clients and communicate these to the recruitment team to facilitate execution.
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Support the team by sourcing and recruiting for positions, ensuring high-quality candidates are identified and placed.
- Process Optimization: Build, implement, and continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- KPI & Metrics Setting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of recruitment efforts and team performance.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure all client interactions are managed with the highest level of customer service, driving satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Candidate & Client Experience: Drive improvements in candidate and client experiences, focusing on delivering exceptional service.
- Account Management: Manage existing client portfolios, handling client needs and expectations and delivering satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate client needs and new requirements to the team, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
Here's What You Need To Have:
- Staffing Agency Background: Must have experience working in a staffing agency.
- Management Experience: Must have managed a team of at least 2+ reports, with demonstrated success in team leadership and recruitment strategy.
- Hands-On Recruiting: Ability to actively source and recruit for positions, supporting the recruitment team as needed.
- Process & Metrics Development: Proven experience building and optimizing recruitment processes and setting KPIs and metrics.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong experience managing relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service and effectively managing client needs and expectations.
- Communication & Leadership Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain client requirements to the team and lead a recruitment practice.
- Track Record of Growth: Proven ability to grow recruitment capabilities and manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
