About the Role
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the team by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
What you'll do
- People & Culture – Cultivate a positive work environment, foster employee engagement, and drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture.
- Talent Management – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Performance & Growth – Implement performance management frameworks, conduct regular reviews, and support leadership in coaching and employee development.
- HR Operations – Manage policies, compliance, payroll, and employee relations while ensuring seamless HR processes.
- Regulatory & Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, acting as the go-to expert for HR best practices.
What You Bring
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience with the potential and attitude to learn.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions, including performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation, in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive, hands-on HR leader who thrives in a dynamic setting, driving initiatives that enhance company culture, employee experience, and business growth.
- Comfortable with HR technology, data analytics, and digital tools to streamline processes and optimize decision-making.
