Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Talent team within the People & Culture department. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience while actively contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in drafting clear, compelling, and accurate job descriptions
- Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews, assisting in the shortlisting of candidates based on key qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Foster a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
- Perform additional responsibilities and tasks to support ongoing recruitment initiatives
Education and professional skills / knowledge
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields
- With at least one(1) year of experience in Human Resources
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Other experience/skills:
- A people person, who can work independently as well as in a group and has passion in meeting people
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a commitment to continuous learning and a hands-on approach
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up skills to ensure accuracy and completion
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
