What you'll need:
- Proven experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in headhunting or executive search within the financial industry.
- Headhunting expertise: A demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and securing senior-level candidates for challenging roles.
- Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial industry and its talent landscape.
- Sourcing skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
- Relationship builder: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
