Your talent advisory and influence should impact internal and external recruitment, spanning many departments and business leaders. You will impact the way we attract, source, and hire talent.
You will partner closely with HR and business leaders ensuring talent needs align to key business drivers and people strategies. This is for a growing industrial real estate investment company.
- This is a year contract, could be extended based on performance.
- Must be located in NYC
- This is not a technical recruiter role. This will be recruiting for roles such as finance, accounting, legal, sustainability and more.
- We are looking for majority in-house/internal TA experience
• Drive end-to-end recruitment programs, providing in-depth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments, tracking metrics, and market intelligence to hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers on role specifications, establishing and executing sourcing strategies, managing the interview process, assessing candidates' skills, experiences, and competencies, and completing offer negotiations and discussions.
• Provide strategic direction and counsel to hiring managers and HRBPs regarding recruiting trends, concerns, and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience. Manage productive internal client relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues.
• Drive recruiting strategy to attract a diverse slate of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
• Act as the point of escalation across the client groups you support including prioritizing and managing expectations to ensure E2E roadmaps are delivered against and driven to execution excellence.
• Own removal of major obstacles and resolve escalations of key issues and drive for effective decision making.
• Ensure business and HR is aligned to talent programs and processes ensuring efficiency and consistency in delivery.
• Own analysis and metrics on talent markets/departments with clear recruitment KPI measurements to deliver a positive impact and address gaps to better support our teams, clients, and candidates.
We are looking for:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years’ experience in Recruiting, talent advisory including full life cycle, research, and sourcing, branding, and attraction
• 4+ years’ experience with executive profiles (Director +)
• Workday ATS experience a plus
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Critical thinking skills
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
