The Talent Acquisition Manager - Retail is a strategic, dynamic and results-driven recruitment expert with a deep passion for the luxury retail industry. The Talent Acquisition Manger - Retail recognizes the crucial need for new hires to align with Brunello Cucinelli’s brand values and identity and is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that effectively fulfill business objectives in a fast-paced environment while enhancing the overall candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of high-volume recruitment for retail personnel, from sourcing and interviewing, including verifying specifications of job descriptions, screening and short-listing candidates, interviewing, candidate assessment and analysis, to extending offers, while managing an average of 25+ open requisitions with efficiency and precision
- Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the retail business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business, formulate talent profiles and hiring strategies, structure interview processes and serve as a strategic business partner.
- Utilize data-driven insights to effectively manage and track hiring budgets. Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency throughout the recruitment process
- Effectively navigate and negotiate candidate offers, balancing company budget with candidate expectations to secure top talent, while maintaining brand integrity and alignment with company goals
- Proactively source and connect with passive candidates who embody the brand’s values and commitment to craftsmanship, elegance, and timeless luxury. Convert sourced candidates into future pipeline
- Create and implement strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, fostering strong, collaborative relationships to enhance talent sourcing and drive recruitment success
- Leverage candidate market data in collaboration with the Director People & Culture to make informed salary recommendations
- Liaise with HRBPs and/or Onboarding Team as needed to ensure seamless candidate experience
- Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process.
- Build a talent pool by increasing opportunities with LinkedIn, career fairs, in-person and virtual networking
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or Psychology degree preferred
- 5-8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically within Luxury Retail environments, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and execute efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment, handling an average requisition load of 25+ open roles at any given time
- Must have retail recruitment experience hiring for Store Managers, operational roles, and client advisors in a commission driven environment
- Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools, with strong organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both external candidates and internal stakeholders
- Skilled in storytelling to attract top talent and effectively frame opportunities in a competitive market
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques, utilizing advanced search strategies across ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a positive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and change
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to seek feedback and incorporate diverse perspectives while maintaining a confident direction
- Thrive on working collaboratively with team members across the company, fostering a positive and inclusive team dynamic to drive shared success
- Strong relationship development and interpersonal skills with internal partners, professional outreach, and external vendors

As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$120,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
