Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Redmond, WA
Mode of Hire: Fulltime
Salary: $80-90k + 10 Variable Pay

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to.
Partner with Corporate leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and recruit qualified linguists with a background in AI, computational linguistics, and other Tech jobs.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, vendor networks, rate negotiations, liaison with Universities, and attending relevant industry events.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment operations: Familiarize yourself with ATS, dashboard, Ensure proper follow-through on candidate onboarding, reference, and background checks and related activities.
Be willing to spearhead special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the AI or technology sector.
Knowledge: Understanding of AI and computational linguistics domains and tech hiring preferred.
MS Office proficiency includes word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Knowledge of the local & US employment & immigration laws.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation is commensurate with experience ranging between $60,000- $90,000 per annum and includes a comprehensive benefits package including Comprehensive healthcare, dental & vision, 401k plan, PTO, etc.
