Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing active and passive candidates. This individual has a proven ability to build partnerships across all levels of an organization and is adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders. This is a hybrid position, based in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the Digital division of Ria; from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process.
- Partner with hiring teams to assess recruiting needs, understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and refine the recruitment process as needed.
- Requisition creation and intake process, job postings, following consistent internal processes, and tracking metrics.
- Conduct effective searches related to current open requisitions and conduct preliminary screenings and interviews for all positions.
- Build talent pipelines for upcoming requisitions through proactive sourcing and using innovative channels to identify and engage with candidates.
- Engage and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with local and global recruiting teams to align best practices, processes, and systems for continuous improvement and global standardization.
- Drive an exceptional experience for candidates, employees, and hiring teams.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with an emphasis on recruiting talent within a digital technology environment. International recruiting experience is a plus.
- At least 2 years of sourcing experience, and developing sourcing strategies to identify a diverse pool of candidates; including knowledge of Boolean searches, Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (preferably Oracle Cloud or Jobvite) and demonstrated expertise with social media in recruiting.
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative, and the ability to exercise and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Strong follow-through and customer service orientation, with high work standards and attention to detail; Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs (including Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Annual salary up to $120,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based upon work experience, skills, and geographic location.
