Join Epsilon, a global leader in Marketing & Advertising Technology and Data Solutions at the center of Publicis Groupe, as our Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our centralized global recruitment initiatives, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing, to redefine and elevate our recruitment framework.

What You’ll Achieve
- Establish and oversee a best-in-class Talent Acquisition (TA) center of expertise and administrative hub, setting the standard for excellence in recruitment operations.
- Spearhead the strategy, measurement, and training of the TA tech stack, partnering closely with Groupe to align on best practices.
- Lead the design, implementation, and sustained management of global digital transformation initiatives for talent acquisition, engaging in critical cross-functional projects.
- Craft and sustain a dynamic employer brand strategy that effectively attracts top-tier talent across all business segments globally.
- Optimize and manage global vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, service delivery enhancement, and performance evaluation.
- Direct the strategy and implementation of talent acquisition data and analytics, ensuring accuracy and leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner effectively with TA leaders to align recruitment functions with team needs and drive operational efficiencies that support business goals.
- Cultivate and manage a diverse, global team of professionals, including recruiting project managers, TA technology specialists, employer branding experts, and administrative support team members.
- Develop and implement robust administrative protocols and workflow management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Leadership team to create metrics and analytics frameworks to measure recruitment effectiveness and foster continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent qualification; advanced degree is preferred
- Over 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, with a focus on innovative recruitment strategies, technology implementation and global team leadership.
- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS systems, and HR tech ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on employer branding, talent marketing, and strategic process enhancement.
- Exceptional skills in data analysis and strategic planning, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence impactful organizational change, and drive continuous improvement.
- Expertise in change management, maintaining the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Recognized for outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and communication.

Pay Range: Irving/Chicago range: $122,250 - $203,750 ; Boston range: $131,250 - $218,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
