JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Engagement Manager at ARGO will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace culture. This role is essential in aligning employee engagement initiatives with ARGO's mission to connect financial services and healthcare customers with innovative technology. The ideal candidate will cultivate a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

EXPECTED WORK AND PERFORMANCE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
The Employee Engagement Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of key programs, including:
- Learning and Development and Training Programs: Facilitating Learning and Development and organizing and leading training sessions that encourage engagement and professional growth.
- Initiatives aimed at providing employees with opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Facilitating workshops and sessions focused on improving employee skills and knowledge.
- Accountable for corporate training programs through creation, coordination, administration, and facilitation, including leadership, compliance, and new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Accountable for Content Creation using various technologies for learning i.e., instructor-led, E-learning, On-the-job training (OTJ) as well as coaching and mentoring.
- Design, execute and analyze data from using various collection instruments (questionnaires, surveys, structured interviews, focus groups, etc.)
- Develop post-learning support that ensures practical use of gained competencies through the facilitation of pre and post learning assessments on participation engagement.
- Partner with SMEs to develop annual compliance training
- Research and recommend learning programs, materials and solutions using the ADDIE method, or other adult learning theory.
- Develop required learning assets (self-assessments, presentations, handouts, self-study materials, assignments, etc.) that are aligned to the desired learning outcome.
- Partner with the business to have awareness of technical training programs offered to employees.
- Maintaining and updating the company’s Management Development Program training content.
- Employee Engagement Programs: Activities designed to cultivate a sense of belonging and commitment among staff members.
- Rewards and Recognition: Programs that celebrate both individual and team achievements to enhance morale.
- Team Building Initiatives: Organizing events and activities that promote collaboration and strengthen team dynamics.
- Additionally, the manager will engage in:
- Engagement Data Analysis: Utilizing metrics to evaluate engagement levels and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Employee Retention Strategies: Developing initiatives aimed at retaining top talent and minimizing turnover.
- Engagement Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive strategies that align with ARGO’s business objectives.
- Conducting Surveys and Analyzing Data: Regularly assessing employee engagement through surveys, analyzing the results, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Working closely with department senior leaders to ensure that engagement initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Managing Recognition Programs: Overseeing and enhancing employee recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation.
- Promoting Diversity and Inclusion: Advocating for and implementing initiatives that create an equitable workplace.
- Monitoring Industry Trends: Staying informed about best practices in employee engagement and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Administration Tasks for Engagement Programs
- Accountable for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Management of instructor-led and online learning scheduling, rosters & completion status
- Oversee company’s education/professional development program
- Provide monthly training matrix and reporting to the Director of HR
- Conduct recurring learning meetings with Senior Leadership to present training deliverables.
- Order necessary materials for effective training programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years facilitating Learning and Development curriculum, and organizing and leading training sessions that encourage engagement and professional growth.
- 5 + years’ experience in, Learning and development, employee engagement, human resources, or organizational development.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing various technologies to develop, instructor-led curriculum, e-learning, On-the-job
- Proven success in executing employee engagement and culture change initiatives within an organization.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and employee engagement software.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
• Experience in the financial services or healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with employee engagement best practices and trends.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

ATTENDANCE/WORK LOCATION
The position is based in our Richardson, TX office. Daily physical presence in the office is required for interaction with co-workers, attending meetings, and for collaboration on projects.
