- Remote EST - potential travel may be required to plants in TN and PA
- 6 month consultant position with possibility of extending

- Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and values.
- Produce engaging content that highlights the company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Update and manage the company's career page, social media profiles, and other digital platforms to represent the employer brand.
- Create marketing materials and campaigns to drive talent attraction, employee engagement and promote the company culture.
- Partner with leaders to craft job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and onboarding content that align with the employer brand.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Experience in Marketing and Human Resources, building and executing employer branding strategies for recruitment efforts
- Understanding of talent acquisition and employee engagement
- Experience creating internal marketing materials, creating and managing company social media accounts for talent attraction, etc.
- Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
